Ríos Extremos we are a company specialized in organizing adventure experiences in the state of Veracruz, in theFilobobos River Ecological Reserve. Of course, our star activity is the strong>rafting, taking advantage of the fact that the Filobobos River is one of the most important in all of Mexico for the practice of this sport.

In addition to river rafting, at Ríos Extremos we offer you hiking, rappelling, zip lining, temazcal and adventures in the reserve's waterfalls. All managed by highly qualified and certified personnel.

At Ríos Extremos we have 3 different routes to choose from for your Rafting adventure that goes from the upper part of the Filobobos River, passing through the Encanto Waterfall, until reaching Palmilla .

For mountain lovers in all its forms, at Ríos Extremos we offer you the perfect mix consisting of a rappelling adventure plus adventures in the river, the perfect day of fun in the Ecological Reserve of Filobobos. The environment that accompanies us is a natural wonder so your experience is enriched to the limit.

One of our adventure activities that we organize for all our visitors is rappelling on natural rock walls, taking advantage of the vertical surfaces that nature itself offers us. For this previously organized excursion we choose the best settings to carry out this activity.

If it is your first time rappelling, our specialized instructors will teach you the necessary techniques so that you can descend safely with the rope, learning how to do it for future adventures.

At Ríos Extremos we want you to enjoy your stay, that is why we propose this activity as a complement to your rafting adventure, although you can also do it separately.

Near our location there are two important archaeological zones that we want to visit with you, which are Vega de la Peña and Cuajilote. Here you can find vestiges of the ancient civilizations that lived near the river, remains of their traditions and way of life. We will explain its details to you with all the information you want to know so that you get a complete impression.

Also in Ríos Extremos we organize walks through the Filobobos waterfalls, such as the Cascada del Encanto, an impressive waterfall surrounded by a magical landscape between canyons.

For the rafting descent we have 3 different routes to choose from:

• The upper part of the Filobobos River

• From the Filobobos River Bridge to the El Encanto area

• Tour through the section of the Cascada del Encanto to La Palmilla
