Reserve yourself we are an organization that manages ecotourism and adventure activities in the Tehuacán / Cuicatlán Reserve , a space distributed between the states of Puebla and Oaxaca . Among the services we offer within the park you will find guided walks, bird watching, horseback riding through landscapes, mountain bike rides and guided tours through towns and archaeological sites.

For the observation activities we highlight the sighting of "green macaws" , one of the most beautiful and exotic Mexican birds. The walks are along the “ Río Verde ”, hiking along the river bank.

Come visit the Tehuacán / Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve. We organize hiking and trekking activities along the various routes in the park, all led by guides specialized in ecotourism and nature.

- Tour to the Rio Grande : We have excursions of 4, 8 and up to 12 hours of guided walk, enjoying the landscapes and the canyons that are going to make their way on our way and observing "guacamayas green ”.

- The Cave of "The bat": Routes through the caves and grottos that are within the reserve. They are not very deep and with the naked eye you can see the different rock formations that they hide.

Get on horseback because in Reserve yourself we invite you to gallop through the landscapes of the Tehuacán / Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve. We organize horseback riding for small groups through the different mountain scenery and canyons that are distributed throughout the ecological park.

Between Puebla and Oaxaca , this reserve hides incredible landscapes that will be seen differently on horseback. It is also a perfect activity to share with friends and have a fun and different time.

It is not necessary to have previous experience, the horses are friendly and it is easier than it seems. Our guides will accompany you throughout the route, they will explain the highlights of each of the different scenarios in which we are going to stop.

We also have cabins within the reserve for all those who want to spend the weekend with a bonfire area for an evening under the stars.

Come and do a mountain biking route in Reserve yourself . As an ecotourism organization, we organize excursions in the Tehuacán Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve. We are in San José del Chilar, however the natural park covers part of the state of Puebla and another is part of the state of Oaxaca.

We organize bicycle expeditions at the Pápalo ecotourism center in Oaxaca or in San Juan Raya in Puebla . Different types of landscapes, ecosystems and very different routes to pedal.

You will always be accompanied by expert guides in ecotourism, that is, prepared and local people who will explain the main characteristics of the flora and fauna of the place. You can shoot in a forest of abundant vegetation or in a desert surrounded by cacti.

In Resérvate we even propose experiences in which you can do different cycling routes, camping in the mountains. In this way, you can escape a whole weekend to do your favorite sport in an incredible place, isolated in the middle of nature.

We take you to know the archaeological ruins in Santiago Quiotepec , in the state of Oaxaca. Remains of an ancient city that represent the advanced of this culture. Our guides will tell you more about the history of the area.

Also in Resérvate we take you to walk through the streets of the different towns that are part of the Reserve , visiting their churches, contemplating their houses and entering their markets. Learn how the inhabitants of the northern highlands live.
