We are a company dedicated to teaching, guiding and practicing different adventure activities in nature such as hiking, safaris, rock climbing, rappelling, canyoneering, caving, high mountains, mountain biking or paragliding.

At UP 100 we also give courses to company employees, including motivation, self-esteem and leadership workshops. We also offer training and physical conditioning programs for professionals who require it for their work and for the general public.

We have the facilities for the development and practices of the activities. Likewise, we have the material and we work with the most appropriate equipment for outdoor activities, from canyoneering to paddle surfing or canoeing.

We are located in La Paz, there is no better setting to consider doing any adventure activity in all of Mexico since we have mountains, desert, sea and countryside.

Take your backpack, we're going on a hike. At UP 100 we organize mountain walking excursions in the company of specialized guides in adventure and ecotourism activities.

Row, keep your balance and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. UP 100 organizes excursions and activities on the coasts ofLa Paz. We take you to try Paddle Surf, a type of surfing that is easy to learn and very fun to do in a group.

Stand Up Paddle Surf consists of maintaining balance on a large surfboard. The board is special, it is very big and wide, so it is more stable than a regular surfboard. In addition, rowing will give you mobility, once you have controlled the movement of paddling from one side and the other, you will go wherever you want.

In UP 100 we will teach you how to stand on the SUP and paddle, we can even do it regularly and train for competitions or advance in the different modalities of Paddle Surf.

Water, ravines, vertigo jumps and a lot of adrenaline. These are the ingredients that at UP 100 we consider necessary for a good canyoneering experience. As experts in adventure sports we take you to see the best canyons in Mexico and to overcome the remains they offer us.

UP 100 we are a comprehensive center for adventure sports and physical preparation for these activities. We have excursions inside and outside the state of Baja California Sur. The objective is to overcome challenges that nature imposes on us, including crossing deep canyons.

Canyoning is one of the most complete adventure activities since in the same route we will have to rappel, swim, trek, climb and jump into water pools. Each canyon is different and offers us different obstacles.
